Yes, we have tutors on the platform who are native speakers in a wide range of languages. The tutors profiles show which languages they speak so you can choose to get tutored in the language you are most comfortable in.
It will be possible to join group sessions if you approach as a group of students to the tutor. However, the tutor will have to agree on this arrangement. Special discounted rates will apply in such situations.
As a student, you are expected to explain your problem in full honesty. You should also keep ready all study materials and documents provided by the school regarding your assignment and thesis. It would also help to have any books ready which you will need for the work.
About Payments & Schedules
Becoming a member is free of charge. You can become a member by going to this link and filling in the form. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
You will pay per hour of tutoring. For a lower rate, you can choose our tutoring package which starts at 4 hours for personal tutoring and 8 hours for thesis guidance. After the first meeting with the tutor, you will agree on a tutoring schedule and hours you will use the service.
Once you have agreed on the duration of the lessons, you will receive an invoice from us which you will need to pay before you can start the lessons.
Yes, it is possible to cancel or reschedule the sessions. Our cancellation policy requires you to give us a notice of one week. Classes can be rescheduled based on the agreement you make with the tutor.
Yes, it will be possible to get a refund for cancelled sessions. You must make the request for the refund one week in advance. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund. You should inform the tutor about the cancellation and send us an email at scheduling@studygainz.com

As a subscribed member, you get to join our community of tutors and students. Here you can get in contact with other students and reach out to tutors for guidance and lessons on your school work. We will be adding more features in the coming months such as video courses, study materials, etc.
